Types of Strikes
Caution
Offending company or person has acted in a not in a questionable manner.
Yellow
Offending Person or Company has been warned about their conduct. Members are to exercise caution when dealing with the company.
Red
Offending Person or Company has been warned about their conduct and continues to offend. Some damages are caused. Members are advised to avoid dealing with the company unless absolutely necessary.
Black
Offending Person or Company has caused clear financial, reputational or operational damage. The offending company has acted in a manner without good faith and resulted in additional damages. All parties including OPSD members and the public are advised NOT to do business with the offending company.
